I want to create a private network like and OpenVPN / Tailscale and have a newly created VM join it automatically and probably get a hostname on the network as well.
eg. If I have a centralized point for managing Postgres databases, creating a VM for hosting Postgres automatically gets a private network address that links it to the network for easy administration.
I'd prefer it to be some kind of template.
Are there any tools or plugins for this kind of thing?
