Uploaded all my VM's and Containers to 16.04 ubuntu and they work fine except for i can run apt-get update
nor apt-get upgrade i checked which processes we're using it killed it and still would not run correctly. I've also seen this problem with the new 16.04 container i make a fresh container and I can run the command but it just hangs after I run it, any suggestions?
