i have one instance of PBS running 4.0.14 that for some reason refuses to do anything when I click on the 'upgrade' button, in the presence of available package updates.
Note that I have other instances of PBS (same version) that are unaffected, I also have one instance of PVE which is also unaffected..
Browser is Safari Version 18.6 (20621.3.11.11.3)
I've tried on another browser and it works fine, so probably a weird caching issue with this instance, but I seem unable to rectify outside of manually upgrading via a shell (I've dropped all caches, it's been broken ever since I installed this instance as far as I can remember).
Any hot tips on how to diagnose further? I don't see any javascript errors, or any other indication of issues.. but a web developer I am not.
