APC PDU as Fence Device

I was thinking the transfer switch also had the capabilities to manage individual outlets but I guess not. We would need to hang the switch rack PDU off the transfer switch correct?

I think so.
When I looked at that transfer switch manual I did not see any indication that it had Switched PDU capability.
Maybe APC makes a model that does but I have never needed a transfer switch so that is beyond my knowledge.
