Any Experience with PCI-Passthrough in Proxmox 4 ?

Yes, upgraded to pve4.0 few days ago. Needed to change few configuration on guest config due to using vfio, and procedure is on wiki.
I was able to use PCIe card on guest VM, however, I am experiencing poor Disk IO Performance on guest after binding passthrough PCIe card.
(Am asking on another thread, but no luck at this point)
