I have the same problem that I have seen other users with the NUT server: suddenly it has stopped working.
If I start the computer with a windows disk, if it detects the UPS perfectly.
I have done the tests that I have seen that are indicated to other users:

I was able to come to where I have the server and disconnect and connect the USB cable:
