[SOLVED] AMD Ryzen PCI Passthru (TV Tuner)

I'm running an AMD Ryzen 2700 on an X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING motherboard, and was looking to use PCI Passsthru for a TV Tuner (Haven't purchased yet). On the Proxmox wiki it says :

• "All systems using an AMD processor and chipset that have AMD I/O Virtualization (AMD-Vi) support. Such hardware has interrupt remapping support; however, the software support is not yet available upstream."

What exactly does this mean? Will it not work because i'm running an AMD cpu? This seems unlikely, i'm probably just misinterpreting what it's saying.

if you are looking on https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Pci_passthrough the article is slightly outdated, it should work just fine, it depends more on the actual hardware and bios now
