Allow zip with specific allowed attach

Hello All ,
I am seeking for a way to allow zip file with one or more specific file only ,
For Example , "Allow zip with pdf | txt | jpg" ,

Pass zip with pdf + txt
Block zip with pdf + tiff

How can I acheive that.
