All VMs show no CPU stat

No VM shows the CPU usage; pvestatd stopps all 2 Minutes and shows Hosts as offline.
Starting VMs shows only:
trying to acquire lock... OK

Start/ Stop isnt possible

pvecm status & nodes shows nothing unnormal

Hosts in the cluster can ping each other

Corosync; pve-manager; pve-cluster everything green

what does the journal/log say? anything of importance?
do you have a hanging (nfs) storage?
