all LAN ports stopped working

all my LAN ports entered blocking state, disabled state and forwarding state, and promiscuous mode due to which I cannot connect between all the local PCsWhatsApp Image 2022-09-20 at 2.50.37 PM.jpeg.

I got a USB wifi and lan dongle both are detected but i cannot find a way to connect to the netork.WhatsApp Image 2022-09-20 at 2.55.47 PM.jpegwifi dongle connection screenshot above.
