I do not understand how can happen such kind of problems...

I have a virtual proxmox service contracted with a CT installed, and I would like to install the system in the server of the company... a new proxmox and restoring my machine (my CT) AS SIMPLE AS THIS... BUT IT IS BEING MISSION IMPOSIBLE.....

I have the backups, I move it from the proxmox machine I am paying, to my FTP Server and then to my new proxmox in my company....

Well, when I try to uncompress (vzdump / vzrestore) I get the devil message:

A LONE ZERO BLOCK in ....

Two weeks without being able to backup and restore, reading, trying and not getting A THING AS SIMPLE AS THIS....

I have root credentials in the "outer" Proxmox service... could be a kind of protection in the "outer" server ???????

Please, could somebody explain how to get it ???

Nobody knows???

I can't believe it....

Is it possible that the backup files got corrupt while moving them?

Do you have physical access to the computers? If so, try adding a 2nd drive to the OLD Proxmox server and move your backups to there. Test backups to make sure they are working. Remove the 2nd drive and install it to the NEW Proxmox server. See if you can restore backups that way.
