after a thunderstorm, cannot ping web UI. I can access the VGA console. How do i fix this ?

I suspet maybe the ethernet port is damaged but I am not sure.

NO-CARRIER usually indicates that there is no working cable or the other side it not working. Maybe the port or the port on the other side is broken or the wire is broken or not plugged in correctly.
