I am new to proxmox. I have setup a Proxmox VE on a old PC (see PC config below). I have 3 VM on for container utilities (wikijs, pi-hole, ...), one for Helix Core server and one for my media center stack (radarr, sonarr, prowlarr, jellyfin, ...).
The proxmox VE is on a 1TB SSD and a I have setup my second SSD (2TB) as a storage. I created the media center vm on the 1TB disk and I have added a second Hard Disk from the 2TB storage with the SCSI devis/bus to store all the media on a separate disk from the VM system.
The media stack is running all the container as expected. But the jellyfin is running incredibly slowly. I ran glances and the IO Wait is pretty high.
So here my question. What is the best configuration to achieve efficient jellyfin server ? Do I have to mount the hard drive directly to the vm without going through the proxmox storage ? Do i have to change the device/bus for the storage ?
My old setup was not with proxmox but with juste an ubuntu 22.04 and It was way more faster.

* SSD 2TB (all medias : movies, series, ...)
