[SOLVED] Administrator User cannot create VM - Permission check failed (403)

One of the user is not able to create a vm : error "Permission check failed (403)"
I' ve added a test user to the same group and was able to create, delete and recreate same vm (with same id).
Here are my permissions settings

If anyone has a clue.

So if I understand this correctly, you are the owner of a group of users and one of those users has insufficient permissions to create a VM?

Hi. Thanks for your concern, but I figured it out.
It's seems to be a firewall issue. I don't have the same behaviour inside and outside my corporation network.
Strange things is that the webui for proxmox ve is available. But each action keeps failing after all. I've send a request to my network team.
