adding servers

Is it possible to add to a cluster a 2 cpu server ,a gpu server ,and a storage server to my proxmox cluster

Yes of course. Just create your cluster using the 'Create Cluster' section under one of your vm's 'Datacenter' tab. Then create the vms with the different hardware requirements and then join them all together by going into each one of them, opening their dashboard in the browser, then clicking 'Join Cluster' and pasting in the base64 encoded join credentials into the textbox under 'Datacenter'.

What about in the scenario I want to use the different strengths of the different servers with one vm

You can just create one vm without the cluster and give it as many ressources as you want. Of course this offers a single point of failure which you may want to avoid if you have something that you cannot afford to be down for a longer period.
