Adding a NIC post install advice

Good afternoon,

Standing up a 4-node cluster on 4 identical units. Waiting on 4 additional 2.5g 4 port network cards, however, I have the work cycles now to perform the installation and configuration across the nodes. They all have an Intel 1g NIC, will this be sufficient to stand up the cluster with quorum for now and add the additional NIC's afterwards to use for the VM's or should I postpone the cluster installation until the NIC's arrive?

Adding network cards should not matter in your case. You can run your VMs from the 1Gpps interfaces for now. Then you will add NICs and simply change the network settings on a VM. As for the cluster , 1 Gbps is more then enough.
