I have successfully added the S3 Endpoint and Bucket to Datastore but datastore is showing 1.77 TB space and 1.36 TB Used from 1.77 TB could you please help me why is it any configuration issue?

for completeness mentioning this also here directly: currently only statistics regarding the local cache are show, more advanced dashboard for s3 backed datastores is planned, see and subscribe to https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6563

For the local cache, a dedicated disk, partition or zfs dataset with quota is however recommended, see https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/storage.html#datastores-with-s3-backend
