add shared LVM storage to new proxmox node member of cluster

Hi guys,

I have a 3 nodes cluster with shared LVM ontop of iSCSI using as storage a dell compellent.
I added a new node to the cluster without problems, but for some reason the multipath cannot activate my LV because it in use by the older nodes and consequently I have the shared storage on that node as no active.

and a lot of errors in messages :
device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table
device-mapper: table: 252:4: multipath error getting device

Any ideas??
 
Hi I manage to find the mistake .

The physical volume was created on a single disk of a multipathed device.
