Add multiple physical machines in a large virtual machine for large applications Help

I'm not a Proxmox user yet, because I do not know if it is for my needs.

Please, I need your help.


We have an ECM (Enterprise content management) that is a heavy application with many customers.

A single physical server is no longer sufficient to meet all satisfactorily.

I plan use Proxmox to add 3 or 4 servers on a single very large virtual machine.

But I'm not sure if this will bring real benefit in performance.


It is possible?
What are the benefits ?

It is recommended?


Do you have any tips or know about any problem that I will have to do it ?

You cannot run a single virtual machine across multiple servers to add their resources. Not with proxmox, not white any other virtualization tool. You'll have to find another solution, sorry to say...
