Add a new network card to Cluster

Good afternoon.
I currently have three servers (Dell PowerEdge R740) configured with Proxmox 8.3.2. Within these servers there are two network cards configured for communication in the Cluster with high availability.
I have some questions, can a third network card be added to connect the three servers to each other to have redundancy without affecting the cluster and high availability?
