Activation of logical volume is prohibited while logical volume data2/data2_tmeta is active

Hello
After upgrading from Proxmox 7 to Proxmox I started getting this error
activating LV 'data2/data2' failed: Activation of logical volume data2/data2 is prohibited while logical volume data2/data2_tdata is active. (500)

I looked through the community forum and tried suggestions from other posts but I wasn't able to fix it.

I tried the to deactivate data2/data2_tdata and data2/data2_tmeta with

lvchange -an data2/data2_tdata
lvchange -an data2/data2_tmeta
lvchange -ay data2/data2

But it stucks on

lvchange -an data2/data2_tmeta

After waiting for a pretty long time I got

Device data2-data2_tmeta (252:3) is used by another device.

After that I could start the VM

Can anyone suggest how could I check what went wrong. On every proxmox restart I have to go through the whole process again.
