Action based on custom Check Script

Hello,

we created a custom check script that seems to be working.
The CustomCheck Score in the X-SPAM-LEVEL Header is present.

Now we would like to take a action based on our Custom Score, how can we do that? Are we missing something?
The official docs dont include any information regarding this.
