[SOLVED] accessing from outside

Hello,

I have setup Proxmox on a Poweredge server and its working fine. What I don't understand is how to make it so I can access the GUI from outside of the local ip. Can you someone tell me what I need to learn and maybe the sequence of how to do this.

Hi,

how's your network setup and topology looking? Do you mean WAN (internet) if you say from, or?

Either a public IP for the Proxmox VE server (and all guests which have to be reachable by the outside too) is required
Or doing port-forwarding or reverse-proxying for those specific services you need to be reachable.
