Access webgui via hostname = connection refused

I can connect to my host's webgui via 192.168.1.111:8006
But I cannot connect via prox.mydomain.com:8006 from the same computer. It errors with connection refused.

I also have no SSH access for some reason.

It worked fine, but we had a major power outage last night, batteries died and my server went down hard. (Dell R710)

I'm not used to Debian so I'm not sure where to start.

Actually... I figured it out on my own just a few minutes after I posted this. Had nothing to do with Proxmox. The same power outage apparently messed up my DNS server. A reboot correct the issue.
