Access problem on ubuntu server 24.04 in VM

Good evening,

I installed Linux Server 24.04 LTS on a VM in Proxmox, but Ubuntu cannot access the Linux Ubuntu repository directory, so I cannot download anything or issue commands and updates, for example. The strangest thing is that when I ping someone's website, it pings. Can anyone tell me what this could be?

Have you tried pinging external websites by ip (e.g. 1.1.1.1) or domain name (e.g. example.com)? If you cannot reach by domain name, then it is likely that your DNS does not resolve. Otherwise, how is your network set up (post your /etc/network/interfaces?
