I am new at Proxmox, and I have a question about the way that Proxmox generates MAC addresses for bridge interfaces. I have seen that Proxmox doesn't have a common range for addresses, like VMWare or VirtualBox, that uses the same values for the first 24 bits. I don't know if this behavior can generate conflicts in the network.
What's best, choose an unasigned range of MAC addresses, or let Proxmox generate them automatically? What do you recommend?
