A few bugs/strange habit after upgrading Proxmox VE from 1.6 to 1.9

Good day to All.

1. I have VE 1.6 (2 HDD with LVM) with Fully Virtualized VMs.
2. Before upgrade to 1.9 I make backups of all VMs (copy image files /var/lib/vz/images/* and config ones /etc/qemu-server/*, do I forget something?) to external HDD, shutdown VMs first, of course.
3. Then I try to setup from new VE 1.9 (I try proxmox-ve_1.9-6542-6.iso and proxmox-ve_1.9-6542-7.iso) - it can't setup LVM (?!) for both HDD (installer hold on start of creating rootfs, and says it have error on 537 line, and can't continue installation).
If I switch displayed HDD in menu, there I must review detected HDDs, from sda to sdb - it runs, but create LVM only on 2nd HDD. And before I zeroed MBR on sda, it can't setup LVM on sda at all, after - it runs, but again, setup LVM only on one HDD - sda, at this point.
Well, I setup VE on sda and reconfigure LVM for 2 HDDs manually in debug mode - it works.
4. Now I copy images and config for my VMs back to the server.
5. Both created in new VE MVs and old ones have same problem:
- if in "options" I select "First boot device" - CD-ROM, second - HDD, then VM try to boot from HDD (!!!) first, then CD-ROM.
- if I select _only_ "first boot device" - CD-ROM, all other - none, then VM try to boot from CD-ROM - ok, but in "Virtual Machines" menu such VM have "Disk" with size 0KB.
- I setup new VM, in "options" I select "First boot device" - CD-ROM, second - HDD, and start it; now i press F12 (display boot devices) and saw 4 boot devices (??): 1) legacy; 2) CD-ROM; 3) HDD; 4) legacy. If I press 1 (legacy) - then it tries to boot from HDD (!!), if I press 2 - it tries to boot from CD-ROM.

Well, I in doubts.
Can someone suggest something? Am I wrong somewhere?

Thanks in advance. Aleksey.
