Hi,
please see: https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3227
Workaround is to move the disk offline or to a different storage type that does not have a larger granularity.

That means the VM is not shut down. Otherwise it would not use the drive mirror mechanism. Check with qm status 400
