5 th OSD created but not visible in the cluster

I created a 5 node pvecm cluster and installed CEPH lumnious

You created a 5th OSD or node?

I created a 5 node cluster. And used the 2nd HDD as the OSD in all the 5 nodes.

So your OSD on the 5th host is not showing up in ...? What is 'ceph osd df tree' telling you? Anything in the log files?
