4 port Realtek Nic card passthrough

I've installed OPNSense on a box with 4 port Realtek Nic card . I'd like to know if it is possible to use 1 port for wan and 2 port for LAN in passthroug
On the same PVE node I've other VM images that should have connectivity to internet and my LAN.
