30% io delay at restore

Hi, is this normal behaivour that when I do a restore from an nfs (1GB nic) that my node gets over 30% io delay?
The node has nvme SSDs so they should have enough write speed. The Filesystem to backu pto is thin-lvm.

yes because the nvme disk wait for the slow nfs data.
