3 Node HA issue

I have a 3 node 2.1 HA cluster built but i'm having an interesting issue.

I have created a windows 7 test KVM and set is as managed by HA, but it keeps getting migrated to one of my servers and refuses to let me migrate it back to the others.

if i remove the machine from being managed by HA, i can migrate it across the machines easily (live and offline).

i'm assuming that this could be something to do with my fencing config?

When i try to migrate the machine back to the original node: Error message as below:

Executing HA migrate for VM 100 to node voyager
Trying to migrate pvevm:100 to voyager...Target node dead / nonexistent
TASK ERROR: command 'clusvcadm -M pvevm:100 -m voyager' failed: exit code 244

When i remove the HA, the migration works perfectly...

any clues?

well - simple fix - i forgot to turn on the rgmanager service! now to test the fencing - going to kill the node and see what happens
