3.0 Upgrade forgot to stop vms - website not loading?

I forgot to shut off the vms and now can't start the vms in SSH and the site doesn't load? any ideas?
 
multipath.conf spits out a ton of errors when i do multipath -ll

Urgently need help - I can't access the website it just says problem loading page

Figured out issue

1) you need to manually add :8006 to redirect it for some reason

2) the iscsi is the problem - the iscsi driver is broke
