2 pfSense openVPN Gateways on external WAN IPs

dear all,

a view weeks ago i start transition from vmware esxi 5.5 infrastructure to proxmox, at the moment i have replaced vmware on 2 Dell PowerEdge R420, still 3 Server left, main reasons are costs and performance...

finally, on one HP Proliant 320 i'm still running esxi 5.x
on this server are 2 pfSense installations for openVPN connections (1 for IT access, 2. for empoyees) both of them use a external IP addresses, at the moment i have no clear idea howto accomplish this with proxmox, that means every pfSense VM must have an external IP address..

maybe someone can give me a friendly hint

okay, to simple to find the solution

had to add a bridge interface (vmbr1) to external card eth1 - without IP configuration

important part seam the virtio configuration for pfSense (https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/VirtIO_Driver_Support)

addition configuration step for pfSense to dramatically decrease CPU usage --> use tablet for pointer: NO
