So my server has 2 ethernet ports and im trying to make it so 1 port is used for all VM's and stuff so a general use port and the other port is used for strictly my computer to the server(PC directly connected to the server).

I want to do this to have sort of a backup connection and a connection that cant be congested by other traffic as my PC will be the only one using it.
No matter what i do i cant seem to get it to work. I want everything to be done on the servers end where i can just plug in to the server and type its static IP in and access it.

Anyone able to help with this? I have attached my setup.

Did you give the direct connected PC also an IP in the 10.0.0.0/24 subnet?

Then you need to set up a DHCP-server on/for that subnet, for example in a LXC or VM on your vmbr1, that hands out IPs in that subnet.

I just resorted to doing that for now. I forgot about subnet like usual lol. It was set for 255.0.0.0 instead of 255.255.255.0. It works now that way, thanks for the reminder.
I guess ill have to play around with setting up DHCP. I was hoping there was an easier more simple solution directly in the network settings i was missing.
