Hi, a couple of hours ago I left you to access the web configuration of Proxmox nor have access to virtual machines. I've rebooted several times and I have also also done in recue mode, there is nothing wrong with the server, the disks are fine, etc, etc.

Seems you uninstalled important packages! Try to fix with:

# apt-get install proxmox-ve-2.6.32

First, the "community" subscription does not include this kind of support. You need an expert which logs into your system and fix your broken installation.
I suggest you simply re-install the system (make backups, resinstall, restore).
 
It is also strange the there is no autosplit.ix. This is part of the perl-base package, which is obviously installed because
you have POSIX.pm.

Maybe you hardisk is damaged?

You can try to fix this single issue with:

# apt-get install perl-base --reinstall
