10gbps streaming server. Better with or without proxmox?

I need to set a 10gbps up streaming for high load viewers number.

My question is, better with 10gbps vps under proxmox with all the maintenance and management advantage or a direct Debian 10 installation with simple ufw firewall and ossec?... And take advantage of a real system performance without other complexity layers?

I don't know your setup in detail but I think I would create an LXC container.
This way you have the performance of a native host and the convenience of virtualization.

everyone told me it was better to use a fully virtualized system by assigning 8 multique cores to the ethernet vps.

In general yes, because you have a native speed of the CPU and the IO system.
Do you need dedicated Hardware on this server like GPU?
If so this is not supported in a default setting.
You can configure LXC to allow access to dedicated devices but this feature Proxmox VE doesn't support.

No GPU needed because I don't use ffmpeg , but I send to the server an ABR stream and the server perform automatic downscaling to lower resolutions , with ABR is possible without use of the CPU without ffmpeg encodings.

Could be an option to use stateless firewall instead of stateful to decrease cpu load for traffic management?
On 10gbps the traffic could be very intensive.. even if 7000/8000 incoming connections of 1,1Mbps each, are not too much.

Anyone have experience about proxmox cpu load response on this type of intensive traffic?

If your nic support SRIOV, you can use the virtual function in your CT.
But this have to set manual in the pct config.

In the LXC the network queues are automatically set? i mean.. in the vps i can set to 8, 1 for each core, in the LXC this setup it's not necessary?

The streaming software producer discourage me to use LXC , better VPS...
