Hallo,

ich habe eine kleine Frage wir versenden Newsletter und um zu testen wie diese aussehen senden wir an uns selber, also erst raus und dann wieder rein!
Die E-Mail Adresse ist dann newsletter@test.de, jetzt kommt das Problem Anstelle des Betreffs steht nun dort newsletter
Der Betreff soll zum Beispiel heißen: Das Tolle vom Dach

Woran kann das leigen und wie ändere ich das?

Das Gateway ist nur als Spamfitler von aussen, für den Versand wird der nicht genutzt!

Die E-Mail Adresse ist auf der Whitelist und die Mail Fitler regel "Modify Header" ist abgeschaltet!

Und wie bekomme ich den Wert localhost.localdomain weg?

Aber woher kommt das localhost.localdomain?
 
Also das PMG intern aus 'Damit bringen Sie Ihr Boot auf Hochglanz', ' Alles zum Hochglanz' (ohne explizite Konfiguration durch das Regelsystem/spamassassin-config, sonstige filter, die lokal zusätzlich eingebaut wurden) kann ich mal ausschließen.

bezüglich localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1 - die loopback ip-addresse) - PMG nimmt die mail mittels postfix an und schickt diese dann intern an den pmg-smtp-filter weiter - dieser schickt sie an den postfix (auf einem anderen port zurück) - dadurch kommt der Received header zustande, welcher aber auch normalerweise kein problem darstellt....
 
Mein Intialverdacht wäre ja, dass da 2 unterschiedliche mails verschickt wurden (andere message-id, andere Microsoft Exchange header und anderes Date).
* Das Rulesystem kann relativ übersichtlich mit `pmgdb dump` angezeigt werden)
* custom spamassassin config muesste irgendwo in '/etc/mail/spamassassin' aufscheinen (der von PMG vorgeschlagene pfad ist '/etc/mail/spamassassin/custom.cf')

Vll habe ich mich auch falsch ausgedrückt, es wird aus top Produkte Hochglanz der Betreff Newsletter gemacht.
Die Adresse ist newsletter@test.de

Was müsste denn geändert werden, damit der Betreff nicht geändert wird.

Der Weg des Newsletters ist vom programm supermailer zum SMTP Dienst sendgrid und als test dann zurück zu uns durch Domainfactory - > fortigate Firewall - > popcorn - > proxmox - > exchange
 
beide mails, die in dem Thread gepostet wurden haben 2 unterschiedliche subjects/betreff:
* `Subject: Alles zum Hochglanz`
* `Damit bringen Sie Ihr Boot auf Hochglanz`

zumindest steht es so in den Mailheadern
vl. wird newsletter angezeigt, weil das Mailprogramm das von sich aus anpasst? (einfach im "Quelltext", oder den headern der mail nach 'Subject' suchen)

Das ding ist normalerweise wird der Newsletter zum Kunden mit dem Betreff
Damit bringen Sie Ihr Boot auf Hochglanz!

Zum Testen wird die EMAIL an bestimmte Adressen von uns nach außen und wieder nach uns geschickt, seit dem Proxmox wird aus dem
Betreff "Damit bringen Sie Ihr Boot auf Hochglanz" das "Newsletter"
Ohne Proxmox bleibt der Betreff bestehen!
 
Dann bitte eine der mails posten, die als Subject header tatsaechlich "Newsletter" stehen hat (beide oben stehenden haben wie schon geschrieben immer texte mit "Hochglanz"
Ausserdem bitte auch das ruleset wie oben beschrieben posten.

Subject: Damit bringen Sie Ihr Boot auf Hochglanz
Wie gesagt - der Betreff ist normalerweise der 'Subject:' header - hier in den gepasteten Headern steht das subject auch wie erwartet mit "Damit bringen Sie Ihr Boot auf Hochglanz" - insofern nehme ich an, dass das beschriebene Problem eine reine Darstellungsthematik ist, die mit dem Mailclient zusammenhängt.
Ich würde vorschlagen, die Mail mal in einem anderen Client anzusehen.

Die rules zeigen auch nur eine Regel, die das Subject verändert - indem sie bei mails, welche mehr als 5 Punkte vom Spamassassin bekommen noch ein 'SPAM:' vor das bestehende subject schreiben - was hier ebenfalls nicht zutrifft.
