zfs rpool restore

This morning we had some power outage issue on our server room, all nodes recovered except one. This node is part of (one of three) ceph cluster , (pools are set to replication 3) so the data is safe and the cluster is stable, (excluding ceph warning) Any idea how i can fix it?

When rebooting server could not boot. Grub says unknown filesystem. The file system is zfs. I did clean installation of proxmox and plugged in the disk, mount it. I see lxc folders in /rpool(for example, subvol-101-disk-0). Tell me how to transfer them and restore to another server? Two options...
