GPU passthrough Error: 43

Hello, So I'm working to passthrough my GPU (Nvidia GTX1060 6gb Asus Strix) the machine uses dual Xeon E5-2609 cpus. I've followed this guide here https://www.reddit.com/r/homelab/comments/b5xpua/the_ultimate_beginners_guide_to_gpu_passthrough/ with some success but I'm still hitting Error 43...
