    VM Lagging Problem when CPU usage 99%+

    My Proxmox have 2 VM Windows Server 2019 when somehow my windows VM CPU will 99% or 100% then it will hang the VM. I can't restart this VM from proxmox web GUI on this time. Is there anyway to configure that, when a VM CPU Usage will 98%+ then my VM will auto restart?
