upgrade issue

I have accidentally ran apt-get dist upgrade -y two of our nodes instead of update. Now I'm not able to delete VM's see any disks. Can anyone please helpme here on how to undo the upgrade. Worst part is I can't even see what was upgraded. We are running a three node cluster. I ran this command...
