update proxmox version

I apologize in advance if this has been answered already, as I tried looking but could not find one. My issue is I am trying to upgrade from 7.4-18 to the 8.x versions. When I run pve7to8 I get a few warnings about a storage pool that died but is still referenced as the ISO origin for some VMs...
