Hello - This is a strange one for us.
In short - Every port if assigned an ip is able to be pinged (even if it is NOT plugged in!) from systems external to the Proxmox System
so - Interface eth3 is plugged in however eth4 is not.
Yet we are able to ping 100.70.100.3 and 100.70.100.4
Same...
