At the installation of Ubuntu-24.10 Desktop from an iso file in Proxmox as follows:
Upload the iso to the storage.
Create the VM.
Boot the VM from the iso.
Install Ubuntu Desktop and set up credentials.
Reboot VM after removing iso.
