rollback view

Hi all Happy New Year to everyone. When we do a Snapshot it is held on the same drive as the VM is located. Is there a way to View a previous rollback date without actually rolling back. IE. we just want to recover a couple of files from a previous day?? And What happens with Snapshots in our...
