resilver

Hello I've a PBS based on a DELL T140, 2 M2 for OS, 4 x HDD Seagate ST8000 8TB . Replaced an HDD with 8 Offline uncorrectable sectors and resilver. Resilver is very slow: volume is 23TB but data are only 2.5TB. In 4 hours 135 resilvered. Why is it too slow ? My best regards

Hello I've a PBS that sent me email for a disk with smart problem. Replaced disk but I haven't received any email for degraded volume, replaced disk never an email message. Do you know why ? My best regards
