I tried to rename two of my nodes in my lab, and as I expected bricked the cluster configuration.
Then I removed the cluster configs and created a new one, unfortunately I can't join to it..... what could be the reason for that?

We are removing a machine from our cluster and wanted to rename others. Should we remove the machine from the cluster when connected or can it be done when it is offline? Also I found some links to rename the hosts but what is the good way to do it without reinstalling and resetting the licenses?

I've installed a new node to a 5 node cluster (pve 4.4). After I've configured everything I need (incl. ceph) I recognised that I've messed up the hostname of the new node.
My question: Is there a reliable way to change the hostname of my new node without reinstalling everything?
