Proxmox-ve Node is not accessible from other VLAN but accessible from same VLAN resources(other Proxmox-ve nodes)

Hi Team, i have 5 nodes proxmox-ve cluster setup in seperate VLAN, but when i take reboot any node it stopped accessing from other VLAN resources and after hours of delay it automatically started pinging but i am not sure what is causing behind this. Can anyone please suggest if there is any...
