proxmox 9.1.1

As the title says basically - Does anyone know if and how it's possible on Proxmox 9.1+ to download the OCI images through the CLI instead of the GUI?

helper scripts fail to connect to network most of the time during installation process from what i've tested navidrome and freshrss default settings can connect but customizing any settings with those 2 or trying jellyfin at all doesn't connect any idea what could be happening?
